Guest Participation, Arrival

Due to limited space, all guests must be actively participating in an experience to remain in the studio. Non-participating guests are not permitted.

Rug Tufting Guests

• Guests must select an image or submit up to two (2) image options for review.

• Images are required at least 3 days prior to your event to allow proper preparation

• Arrival time: No later than 2:00pm for those doing rugs

• Instruction begins promptly at 2:00 PM- -Guest Arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule their session.

• Late arrivals may miss instruction and may not be accommodated.

           *  Please wear tennis shoes- Hair must be pulled back from your face.

Drip Bear (Bear-Only) Guests

• Guests creating bears only may arrive anytime, as long as arrival is at least 1 hour before the event end time

Food & Beverage

• BYOB is welcome

• Please drink responsibly and follow all studio rules

please wear clothes you dont mind getting paint on.

All bears must remain in studio for 48 hours to dry and seal.

Rugs will be available 3 days after the event.

By booking or attending an event at Craft & Chill, all guests agree to comply with these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
