Rug Tufting Workshop Policy

This is a ticketed event. No extra guests will be allowed without a ticket.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn how to create your own rug or wall hanging with instructor guidance. You will learn how to safely use the tufting machine and apply basic techniques for the best results.

Once you finish tufting, our team will professionally trim, glue, and back your rug. Rugs will be available for pickup or shipping. Dependin on completion time , rugs will be ready for pickup in 24-48hours.

FAQ

Can I pick my own yarn colors?

Yes. We offer a variety of yarn colors to choose from.

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are required. Hair should be pulled back or secured with a hair tie.

Can I submit my own rug design?

Yes. Please send your design to info@craftandchill.com before booking. Designs must be beginner-friendly, no more than 4 colors, and should not include extremely small details or lettering.

Food & Drinks

Guests are welcome to bring light refreshments and snacks. BYOB is available for guests 21+.

Parking

Free parking is available across the street in the UMB Bank parking lot.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Instruction starts promptly.

Minimum age for rug tufting is 11 years old.

Booking Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.

Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not have enough time to complete their rug and will forfeit their reservation. No refunds.
