Craft & Chill — Kids Party Policy

To ensure a safe, fun, and smooth experience for all guests, the following policies apply to kids parties and youth group events at Craft & Chill.

-Minimum age to participate: 4 years old

-Craft & Chill staff facilitate the activity but do not provide child supervision.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring behavior and safety.

🎨 Activity Expectations

• Craft projects are hands-on and participant-led.

• Results will vary — creativity is encouraged.

• Staff will guide and demonstrate but will not complete projects for guests.

• No refunds or remakes due to dissatisfaction with final results.

• 2 children can not share a bear. A parent can assist the child with making of their bear.

Drip Bear Drying Policy

• All drip bears must remain at the studio for a minimum of 48 hours to properly dry.

• Same-day pickup is not available.

• Pickup instructions and timing will be provided after the event.

• Craft & Chill is not responsible for damage caused by early handling once bears are released.

Paint-friendly clothing is strongly recommended.

• Craft & Chill is not responsible for stained clothing or personal items.

🚫 Behavior Policy

• No running, roughhousing, or disruptive behavior.

• Children must follow staff instructions at all times.

• Craft & Chill reserves the right to pause or end an activity if behavior becomes unsafe.

Timing & Late Arrivals

• Party time begins and ends at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may shorten crafting time.

Space, Seating & Guest

Limitations

• Craft & Chill is an art studio with limited space and seating.

• Please avoid bringing extra guests who are not participating or actively monitoring a child.

• Car seats, strollers, and large personal items are not permitted inside the studio due to space and safety limitations.

• Only registered participants and required supervising adults should attend the event.
